My chemistry professor gave me a test in the morning, only to find out 3 hours after taking it that he had been arrested the day before for pandering (see solicit customers for a prostitute...)

I finished one of many pieces for my apartment!

Sorry for the late post, but I didn't prepare it in advance like I usually do which resulted in this... #mybad. Also, I've really been enjoying FACE time with people and living life off of these here interwebz, so I haven't forgotten y'all, just living life a little.

It's a Blasty Blast

As I mentioned last week, I'm still toying with the idea of ending this linkup since not everyone can think of what they were doing "today in history" and not everyone has iPhoto or Timehop which tells you what you posted today in history, but anyway... let's get right into it.

Take Off!

You know, when I started this linkup I didn't think of two very important things.

I have Timehop.

= 

It tells me what I posted on any social media today in history. 

AND

I have a Mac.

=

I have iPhoto.

=

iPhoto tells me exactly what day I did stuff X years ago.

All that to say, not everyone has a Mac, not everyone has Timehop, not everyone has iPhoto and not everyone remembers what they did today years ago. And in the words of my sister, "I can't think back that far. I don't remember."

So, unless stated otherwise by some/any blogger out there, Blast from the Past may not live to see another day after today (perhaps it'll survive until the end of summer, but who knows).

June 15, 2011
I visited The University of Georgia for Orientation! This was the first time I had visited the campus since my sister graduated in '06 and last time I would be a visitor before calling Athens "home" for the next four years.

My friend Marc got a new puppy named Oreo! So I of course appointed myself his adoptive mother and helped take care of him whenever I could.

My lil baby finally went in for a swim! Tradition in our family to have make our dogs get in the pool at least once, and since we always tend to get our pups in the fall, we don't get to introduce them to the water until at least 8 months later. Let's just say, not all dogs love water...

I'm Coming Home...

Cue the music

(at least until 0:43 anyway)

   So, today I'm on my way back from good ol' Mexico and boyyyy do I have pictures for you all! ___________________________________________________________
But that will be for another day because your girl is TIRED and today is #blastfromthepast! June 8, 2011 I just got my Mac and let me tell youuuu, we were too excited. Peep the pictures below and I think it's pretty obvious.

June 8, 2012 Blu reached 80,000 miles and I got to rock my friend's SEC Championship ring all day.

June 8, 2013 I went out for my girlfriend's birthday and I wrote about my adventures (well, more about my outfit) in Atlanta. We went to Mansion Elan and danced the night awayyyyy, but boy was it crowded.

June 8, 2014 I'm leaving one of the most beautiful places ever :( ___________________________________________________________

Five on Friday!

I watched The Vow maybe three times over the past week and I CANNOT get over how beautiful their warehouse-turned-home is! Like, it's so serious that I have decided I want to live in something like that and have been searching warehouses that are for sale around Atlanta. Like, just look at this beauty!

Blast From the Past!

Something I've ALWAYS wanted to do since joining the blogging community was start my own linkup. While this one may not be the one to end all, be all, I've always loved meeting new people and finding new blogs that I get to stalk daily through link ups. So, I decided to create my own.

Is there another link up like this? Sure, I'm sure there is. Do I care? Well, since I haven't actually stumbled upon one that is this exact one, no.

Similar to #throwbackthursday and #flashbackfriday, I've decided to create #blastfromthepast. Are you limited to a specific day you need to post this #blast from? Nope, but I'm going to post every Sunday and probably close the link up on Wednesday.

Lastly, I have to say happy birthday to one of my best friends, Aaron. Long, long ago I talked here about how Aaron was my favorite internet friend. Well it's been four years since I wrote that post and he and I are now going on seven years of friendship. 

Aaron, thank you for always being here for me and telling me when I'm wrong - not many people get to do that. You've never been afraid to speak your mind and you always listen when I ramble on about random events and people. You are still the sweetest, most genuine guy I have ever met and you have a heart of gold. I love that we have been able to remain this close and that we've become such good friends over the years. I'm so proud of you for graduating and getting such a great job straight out of college. Thank you for your continuous support, your unconditional love, and staying on the phone with me for hours when I can't sleep. Happy, happy birthday! God has such amazing things in store for you and I can't wait to see what He brings. I love you and can't wait to celebrate when I come back home!
